Dubai, UAE: Emirates Transport (ET) revealed it provided 4,200 transport trips for guests of the World Government Summit 2022 and its side events, which were organized between the 28th and 30th of March, with wide international participation from around the world.
Faryal Tawakul, Acting CEO of Emirates Transport, expressed her delight with ET’s contribution to the success of such global event, in a manner that befits the reputation of the UAE and enhances its presence on the international stage. She stressed that cooperation with the World Government Summit Organisation is a source of pride for Emirates Transport, as it reflects the confidence major clients have in its services and embodies the distinguished partnership between the World Government Summit and Emirates Transport, which has worked to transport Summit guests and participants since the launch of the Summit in 2013.
Tawakul also stated that the transport services for guests of the World Government Summit was carried out by 125 luxury standard vehicles, including 50 buses and 75 cars belonging to the company’s fleet, and 150 of the company’s finest drivers. In total, there were 4,200 trips starting from March 24th and continued until April 2nd, and included transporting visiting guests and participants between airports, places of accommodation and the site of the Summit at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in “Expo 2020 Dubai”.
The Acting CEO added that the company’s success in providing distinguished services to the guests of the World Government Summit 2022 was based on the tireless efforts of the Emirates Transport team in preparation for this major global event, as the team worked to take many steps and procedures in preparation for the provision of transport services, including carrying out regular technical inspections of all vehicles to ensure their optimal performance during service provision, in addition to the company’s specialized work teams washing and disinfecting all vehicles to ensure the safety of all passengers.
