The Division consists of: Facilities Management Centre, Information Technology Department, Procurement Department, Sites Management Centre, and Department of Human Resources

Department of Human Resources

Manpower planning, HR management & development, creating necessary work conditions in support of ET staff efforts to fulfil objectives, through four main processes: HR services, training, statistics & HR development. 

Information Technology Department

Operation & maintenance of computers and related devices, create & develop necessary systems, and maintain safety of data and information. 

Procurement Department

Maintain supply of ET needs for different technical & general purchases, provide services necessary for business & staff, and provide necessary insurance to all ET assets and staff employees.

Sites Management Centre

Sites Management Centre was established by General Manager Resolution number 4/2009, to take care of the development, management, maintenance & regulation of the use of current ET sites, manage future expansion activities, and assess investment opportunities across different sites, to maximize sites profits.

Facilities Management Centre

Facilities Management Centre was established as a specialized centre to manage, regulate & provide general services (including security guard, internal maintenance, cleaning, reception, hospitality in addition to management of correspondence & delegates), to enable a customer to take care of his/her principal business activities, by providing a specialized business environment, supported by auxiliary services, and providing services for competitive prices, to ease financial burdens on customers portfolio.
