Emirates Transport (ET) announced that the Saudi-Emirati Integrated Transport Company (SEITCO), is continuing its course of rapid growth and is now serving 1,231 Quran teaching centres in Saudi Arabia.
SEITCO, which is an equally owned venture between the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) and Emirates Transport (ET), has quickly established itself in the kingdom, becoming the second largest school transport operator in the country.
The Riyadh-based company was registered under a 50/50 share basis at the end of 2013, with a start-up capital of 100,000 Saudi Riyals.
All of the company’s school transport operations in the Saudi Kingdom are carried out in the areas of the Eastern Region, Tabuk and Medina.
Engineer Othman Bu Hussain, general manager of SEITCO, and Manager of Project Development at ET, said that SEITCO is committed to providing the highest quality in school transport, with an extensive experience of more than 37 years.
Bu Hussain stated that the company transports students to 1,231 Quran schools and teaching centre, while the size of the company’s fleet of vehicles now stands at 2,407 school buses, driven by more than 2,500 Saudi drivers.
