Ideas America is an internationally recognized organization serving professional managers and administrators of employee ideas, involvement and innovation systems for over 70 years by providing quality educational programs, publications, benchmarking and networking opportunities. Our members are leaders who are dedicated to building organizations that engage their employees, encouraging them to contribute to their organizations at many levels and in many ways.

Ideas America annually recognizes the best ideas submitted from employees of its organizational members.  The international awards program is designed to recognize employee involvement and idea programs for their achievements. The Idea of the Year and the Evaluator of the Year Awards recognize employee participation in suggestion programs.

The Awards are:

-The Executive Leadership Award (gold category), which went to Feryal Tawakul, ET Executive Director of Corporate Services. 

-The Advocate Award – (silver category) awarded to Mohamed Al-Tamimi, Manager of the Department of Strategic Planning & Corporate Excellence.

-The Green Idea Award (bronze category) was awarded for ET’s Dual Fuel Injection System for School Buses.
