Emirates Transport (ET) received a delegation from the Ministry of Emiratization and Human Resources at its head office in Umm Al-Ramool, in the Emirate of Dubai, in order to enhance mutual cooperation, exchange experiences and learn about the best practices applied in various fields, especially in relation to customer relations.
The delegation was received by Khalid Shukur Abdul Qadir, manager of ET’s Department for Environment and Occupational Health and Safety. The ministry’s delegation was headed by Hussain Al-Alili, deputy director of Customer Relations Department.
Khalid Shukur said that the visit underscores the depth of the relations and partnership between the various government agencies, in order to realise the directives of the State especially in the field of exchanging experiences to reach the highest levels of excellence to achieve happiness of employees and customers alike.
The meeting also discussed the strategic partnership relations between the two sides, ways to strengthen them and mechanisms to develop common interests.
At the end of the visit, the delegation of the Ministry of Emiratization and Human Resources praised the efforts made by Emirates Transport to provide comprehensive and integrated services in the transport sector. These efforts reflect the contribution of providing excellent services to the customers to ensure their satisfaction and exceed their expectations and achieve maximum safety for all passengers and road users.
