Emirates Transport (ET) was a proud sponsor of the annual EdEx MENA Education Exchange in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region which was held from 18-19 November at the Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The Corporation also participated in the conference by showcasing some of its most prominent initiatives and experiences as the leading school transport provider in the State, including the application “Wathiq” which aims to ensure the safety of students in school buses.
In addition, the ET delegation participated in a series of seminars and delivered a presentation centring on digital transformation and the development of innovations to ensure the safety of students in the school transport sector.
Aaref Alblooshi, manager of ET’s Marketing Department, said that the sponsorship and participation of the Corporation reflects its deep commitment to pursuing the highest standards of safety, pointing out that the participation provides an opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge with experts from around the world in the field of school transport, in addition to identifying the latest educational trends and innovative technologies in this important sector.
He added that such events can also provide a platform to discover new investment opportunities in the field of school transport.
