The Emirates Centre for Transport and Leasing, a subsidiary of Emirates Transport (ET), has signed a number of new and renewed contracts, worth Dh40 million during the 3rd quarter of 2018.
The contracts were signed with both government and private sectors for terms spanning between three to five years.
Tariq AlSedawi, manager of the Centre, said: “With more than 37 years of experience in the UAE, Emirates Transport has achieved tremendous growth and gained the confidence of many clients, as the signing of the latest contracts demonstrates.”
AlSedawi stated that, under these contracts, the Emirates Centre for Transport and Leasing would provide a range of services including transport, rental and fleet management to 300 vehicles, along with supplying 300 qualified drivers to the contracted clients.
He explained that the high quality and efficient service package offered by the Center in the Emirates of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman resulted in attracting and renewing a number of contracts with a number of government and private bodies for various contractual periods.
The Centre operates a fleet of 5,000 vehicles for mass transport and long-term leasing, and has a pool of 3,000 trained drivers. It currently serves more than 150 clients from both the public and private sectors, including Emirates Airlines, Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme and Americana.
