Emirates Transport (ET), represented by the Emirates Body Repairs Unit, has been able to renew its contract with Oman Insurance Company to carry out repairs for vehicles damaged in accidents, for a duration of one year.
Khalid Othman, manager of the Emirates Body Repairs Unit, expressed his great pleasure in the trust that Oman Insurance continues to give to the auto maintenance services provided by the Corporation to its customers and partners. He stressed that renewing the contract between the two parties is a new step to further strengthen the mutual partnership.
Othman pointed out that the contract will provide repair services for up to 7 vehicles per day in all branches of the Unit, and provide customer service to Oman Insurance customers around the clock in five different languages (Arabic, English, Urdu, Malabari, Filipino), as well as providing maintenance services around the clock, and vehicle delivery service to the client, free of charge.
Rajesh Pandurangan, Vice President – Head of Motor Claims at Oman Insurance Company, said: “We are proud to partner with Emirates Transport to provide a unique service to our customers in auto insurance. Oman Insurance is confident that our customers will enjoy the services they receive from Emirates Transport.”
Pandurangan added that Emirates Transport services have important standards such as quality of service, car repair by guarantee, fast delivery and flexible working hours.
