Emirates Transport Delivers Over 15,000 Shuttle Trips for Guests of the World Government Summit 2026

Emirates Transport (ET), the UAE’s leading provider of transport, vehicle leasing, and technical services, successfully delivered more than 15,000 shuttle trips to serve visitors and guests of the thirteenth edition of the World Government Summit, held in Dubai from 3 to 5 February under the theme “Shaping Future Governments.” This was carried out as part of the company’s official sponsorship of the Summit as a Supporting Partner for transportation services, through which it facilitated the movement of 5,400 summit guests and visitors arriving from across the globe, including government delegations, VIPs, speakers, media representatives, and general attendees.

In detail, the integrated transportation operations were delivered from 31 January to 6 February through the deployment of 75 medium-sized buses (35-seater category), operating approximately 1,680 daily shuttle trips departing from Dubai Police Academy. These were complemented by around 1,850 daily shuttle trips transporting visitors to and from hotels, in addition to airport transfers, on-demand transportation for guests and delegations, and dedicated transfers for VIPs attending official dinners.

The assignment was carried out by a team of 109 personnel, including 85 drivers, while the remaining members undertook responsibilities in technical support, operations coordination, and administrative follow-up. The team successfully executed the operations smoothly and to a high standard of quality, with no obstacles or incidents reported throughout the service period. This achievement reflects the company’s continued commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality, its dedication to providing superior levels of comfort, and its precise and ongoing coordination with government entities, event organizers, security teams, airport authorities, and selected private-sector partners.

This latest sponsorship forms part of a long-standing partnership between Emirates Transport and the World Government Summit, spanning several years and accompanying the Summit’s successive editions year after year.
