Two New Awards for Emirates Transport!
Emirates Transport won two prominent awards yesterday (Thursday) at the 2025 Middle East Call Centre Awards, organized annually by INSIGHTS Middle East, a specialist in call centre services.
The company received the “Government Call Center of the Year” award, granted to the top centres in terms of efficiency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation in delivering solutions. Additionally, Aisha Al Falasi, Call Centre and Surveys manager of Emirates Transport, was honoured with the “Best Call Center Manager” award in recognition of her inspiring leadership, effective management, and contributions to enhancing the customer experience and boosting team performance.
